GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

Arrivals and departures
Arrival at the premises is between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Departure must take place before 10:00 am.
In case of late arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.
When you arrive, we will discover the places together and we will provide you with all the information necessary for your stay.
At the end of this visit, we will ask you to prepare a deposit check for 500€ as well as the balance of your stay.
The deposit will be returned to you after verification of the premises and subject to any breakage or lack of maintenance. If the deposit proves to be insufficient, the tenant undertakes to complete the sum on the basis of the supporting documents provided by the owner.

Conclusion of the contract
The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent the owner a deposit (non-refundable) amounting to 30% of the rental amount. It will be immediately and definitively cashed upon signature of the contract. (Transfer or check). The balance will be due upon your arrival. In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation will remain fully acquired by the owner.

Tourist tax
The rate varies according to the rates applied to the night depending on the seasons per adult and per night (minors are exempt).
The total amount depending on the number of nights and people will be requested from the tenant with the balance of the stay and then transferred to the community of commune.

Use of places and rules of life
The apartment is located in a Residence in which tranquility is highly appreciated.
Tenants must leave the apartment clean, dishes, utensils, household appliances, carpets, sofas, bedding, etc.
Failure to comply with this clause will also result in costs of restoration.
The bins will be emptied and placed in the containers located in front of the primary school
The tenants undertake to ensure that the windows are closed in the event of absence. Any deterioration due to rain inside the rooms will be attributable to the travellers.

Insurance
The apartment is insured against fire, water leaks and glass breakage.
Your personal property and valuables are not covered by this insurance.
Liability insurance is recommended. The tenant is required to check whether his main housing contract provides for the holiday extension (holiday rental).

Ability
The maximum capacity of the rental is as follows: 6 People
The contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds the capacity indicated in the description, the owner is able to refuse additional customers. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.
