The reservation

  The reservation becomes effective when we have received the full payment online or when we have received your deposit (50% of the price of the stay). The balance is to be paid 30 days before your arrival at the latest. The customer who has not paid the balance on the agreed date is considered to have canceled his stay. In this case, the gîte is again offered for rent and no refund is made. For stays booked less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due upon booking.

The security deposit

It is paid when the keys are handed over and its amount is €500.

​

The tourist tax

The tourist tax is collected on the basis of a variable rate (%)  . Our apartments are not yet classified. The variable rate corresponds to 3.64% + additional tax of the cost excluding VAT per person for the night(1) capped at €4.00.

         Majoration de 10 % au titre the additional tax instituted for the benefit of the departmental council of the Pyrénées Orientales

Cancellation

Insurance is strongly recommended.

Full refund if canceled up to 45 days before arrival.   full refund for any cancellation made within 48 hours of booking. Beyond that, a 50% refund applies up to 7 days before arrival. No refund will be made after this period.

Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by registered letter or email with AR addressed to SCI BIENVENU 2 rue militaire 66190 Collioure

If the cancellation occurs more than 45 days before the start of the stay, the deposit paid is reimbursed by SCI BIENVENAKED.

Schedules

We welcome you between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.

In case of delay or late arrival, please notify us at (33) 06 76 21 82 85) so that we can organize ourselves and welcome you in the best conditions.

The state of play

On your arrival, we will guide you to your apartment which you can discover and inspect quietly. Any anomaly or failure must be reported to us within 24 hours of your arrival.

​

Ability

This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of people exceeds the capacity indicated in the quote/contract, the owner is able to refuse additional customers. Apartments are to be used by tenants only. Also any entry of outside persons must be the subject of a formal agreement from the owner.

Your departure

On the day of departure, it is imperative to vacate the premises before 10 a.m.  (11 a.m. for short stays of 2 to 4 nights). An earlier departure is always possible. Please let us know the day before.

The departure inventory

When you leave, we will do an inventory together.

​

The security deposit

The security deposit is returned on the day of your departure if the exit inventory does not show any damage or loss or insufficient cleaning. In the event of early departure (prior to the time mentioned in this document), the security deposit is returned within a period not exceeding 7 days, after deduction of any costs for restoration or redemption. Any loss or damage will be invoiced at the price of new and deducted from the security deposit.

Household chores

We leave it up to our guests to take the €100 cleaning option

Whereto carry out the repair of the apartment by themselves 

The accommodation must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as we left it to you.

• the dishes must be put away, the dishwasher emptied,

• small and large household appliances cleaned(hob, ovens, toaster etc...)

• the shower (or bathtub), the sink, the toilets cleaned

• floors vacuumed and washed (except wooden floor)

• emptied trash cans

When you have subscribed to the cleaning option, you will just have to put away the dishes and empty the trash cans.

​

Animals 

Pets are not allowed in accommodation   and its annexes

Use of premises

Children evolving within the villa des glycines are under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents. The customer and the people accompanying him during his stay must respect the peaceful character of the place and make use of it in accordance with their destination.

Resort insurance

Ask your insurance company and check whether your multi-risk home contract includes an extension for vacation rentals. Otherwise, it is advisable to take out holiday insurance.

General informations

The apartments  are non-smoking but ashtrays are available for small outdoor spaces.

  Containers dedicated to selective sorting are available above the Jules Ferry primary school

.We ask everyone to respect the tranquility of others.

We ask you not to wash linens. The supply of clean linen is provided if necessary
